But if the lights are too spectacular they'll all but guarantee a traffic jam. That's been happening in a Spring Branch neighborhood in northwest Houston, where a "Candyland" display is drawing a steady stream of cars every evening. With limited access in and out of the enclave that dead-ends in a cul-de-sac near the West Sam Houston Parkway North, the high number of visitors is leading to delays for residents to get to and from their homes.
